SUSAN GOERTZ received her training in accounting at the University of Nebraska at Lincoln. She spent the next 10 years at Intelemedia Communications in Richardson, Texas as an Operations Manager and VP of Operations. Susan’s corporate communications skills were instrumental in Intelemedia’s turnaround, eventually leading to a successful IPO. Susan headed to Streamline (formerly Texas Audit LP) next. Here, she evaluated every aspect of the company’s direction, steering it to an unbelievable growth rate of a 1000% in 2005. An appreciation for tax law and audits impacting businesses grew in Susan as she developed as a tax consultant, which she demonstrates daily in the Texas Administrative Hearings Section.

DENNIS KRUG has mentored tax consultants for many years and in multiple venues. He headed his own consulting firm in Houston, Texas, where clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to sole proprietors sought him out for his knowledge, presentation skills and meticulous work ethic. He eventually earned a partnership with Streamline Tax, in November 2005. Dennis is a licensed CPA and multi-state tax law expert with an accounting degree from Sam Houston State University. A sought-after defense representative, his objective in almost every engagement is “bridging the gap between numbers and common sense.”

SHANNON GOERTZ is distinguished in multiple areas of the industry, from tax consulting and audit defense representation to marketing strategy and print journalism. Prior to tax consulting, Shannon earned a degree in radio, television, and film from Sam Houston State University. His experience as a broadcast news journalist and corporate news director landed him a job in the marketing department of a major national tax consulting firm. In June 1998, he founded Texas Audit LP (now Streamline) with one ex-state auditor. The firm now has 150+ defense reps nationwide. Mr. Goertz was in the first class in history to attend the Wharton School of Business in Pennsylvania and the University Of Amherst School Of Management at Massachusetts via satellite-interactive television.
