Manage property tax outsource engagements for major companies. Interface with client frequently. Plan annual property tax cycle. Analyze and classify fixed assets for personal property reporting. Process assessment notices and produce formula protests. Manage appeals and audits. Negotiate with assessing authorities. Enter tax bills and generate check requests. Make payments and provide client billback reports. Work with client and Compliance Systems Integrator to elevate process quality and improve efficiency.
